The black and dark blue colorschemes are based on background droids seen on the 1st and 2nd death stars, and the white/green is just a generic one. Very low poly. Not rigged but the different parts are parented correctly for easy posing. These are probably 85% accurate, not really detailed enough to be a hero asset, but certainly worthy of populating a scene, either in realtime or as a background character.
