This model was used in a rendered photo that I submitted to the 2018 (Edit: 2019) APS Metro show in Abuquerque as part of the “Digital Photography/Special Techniques" category. Unlike my CS:GO skins, this model was actually made by me. Made in Maya, and textured in substance painter, this NEC APC computer looks very nice in my opinion due to it's 4K screen and emissive map. Weirdly enough I don't remember this project taking very long. The model and texturing probably only took 3 hours and was made during school. But I am typing this at 1:16AM so I dunno. Enjoy my model. P.S. I included 2 STOS basic references for lolz as well as a motherlover one that didn't survive the resolution of one of the materials. Sad. Edit: I don't know why, but this didn't make it in to the show. I honestly don't know why. Even if the picture sucked (it didn't) it should've made it in because of how few entries in the Computer Generated Art categories there were. Oh well. The Atari 65XE computer of 1985 is one of nine 8-bit Atari microcomputer models manufactured in 1979-1987 as part of the XL and XE series. The Atari 65XE is a computer equipped with 64kB of RAM, 24kB of ROM memory, and a MOS 6502C CPU. It was manufactured in four versions, differing in the motherboard used. In the Atari 65XE, in line with the design standards of the 1980s, the main components are enclosed in a housing that also contains a four-row keyboard with a space bar in a separate line. To make the device work it was necessary to use the ports at the back to connect a monitor (or TV), a storage device (cassette tape recorder, a floppy disk drive, or a cartridge reader), and peripherals such as joysticks. The latter were based on the hand controller mechanism developed by Louis Blériot in 1909.
