  Leather head - Alligator 3D Model 2026-07-15
Influenced by 80’s and 90’s TV cartoons such as the teenage mutant ninja turtles. This character was inspired by Leather Head. Originally I was going to give this guy some clothes also, however, I moved onto other projects. So I just finished up the topology and texturing. Sculpted in Zbrush, re-topologized in Maya and textured in substance painter!

This dogfood pellet was scanned using photogrammetry with a Sony A7RV through a total of 71 images. The images had 61MP and were processed in Reality Capture. Provided by me are PBR textures: Diffuse: 8k Specular 8k Normal: 8k Gloss: 8k AO: 8k and Highpoly + Lowpoly retopoligized models. In the preview above you can only see the lowpoly model with normals created from the highpoly model. All models are in separated files and game ready.
