The mušḫuššu (𒈲𒄭𒄊; formerly also read as sirrušu or sirrush) or mushkhushshu (pronounced [muʃxuʃʃu] or [musxussu]), is a creature from ancient Mesopotamian mythology. A mythological hybrid, it is a scaly animal with hind legs resembling the talons of an eagle, lion-like forelimbs, a long neck and tail, a horned head, a snake-like tongue, and a crest. The mušḫuššu most famously appears on the reconstructed Ishtar Gate of the city of Babylon, dating to the sixth century BCE. The form mušḫuššu is the Akkadian nominative of Sumerian: 𒈲𒄭𒄊 MUŠ.ḪUS, ‘reddish snake', sometimes also translated as ‘fierce snake'.[2] One author,[3] possibly following others, translates it as ‘splendor serpent' (𒈲 MUŠ is the Sumerian term for ‘serpent'). Copy of a Greek statue of the second half of the 4th century B.C. attributed to Lysippos.
In the statue, the Greek hero Herakles was shown close to exhaustion on completion of the twelve labors set him by Eurystheus, ruler of the Argolid. The contrast between his powerful physique and his weary stance is echoed in this particularly fine rendition of his noble head, which is bowed with fatigue. The statue was copied in many different sizes during the Roman period.

This building is located in Tbilisi at the top of the Digomi Hills. It used to be a water tank, but in the late 1980s the tank was remodeled and there were plans to open an archaeology museum in it. Unfortunately, the museum was never opened. The building has stood empty and semi-abandoned ever since.

The gate model has a single texture tiled according to the original.

Four models of old style Assyrian statues, well known as Lamassu and often protective deity of gates city or Palaces entrances in ancient Persia empire.
They were essentially guardian spirit and were sometime represented as giant hybrid Lion and human figure, and sometime under an another form.
I tried some diverse textured aspect here (all are in Pbr 4K)…
With some contraint in sculpt, I had to make the details of the wings by textures tricks and not by sculpting in the mesh.
