Mini-Pinball Golf 3D Model

Developed as part of assginment that required to create a scene using modular assets.

The concept is largely a mock-up of a mini-golf game with pinball elements. To add onto the appeal of these pasttimes, a retro flavor inspired by Nitrome games and Sonic is heavily incoporated into the visual design of the scene, whilst keeping a stylised detailed look to it, which takes cues from Super Mario Odyssey and Kirby Return to Dreamland Deluxe.

It was decent work at the time, but I revisited it in 2022 to give it a proper mesh/material cleanup and see how much I could improve it. This is the result! Some of it could definitely still take a little more attention, but overall I’m happy with where it ended up. It’s a cool ode to the infamous Piranha Plant from Super Mario Bros.
