Game/VR/AR-ready low-poly model of a precast dirty concrete pipe with 4K PBR-textures that is built to real-world scale (metric system). Precast concrete elements are used extensively in the construction business and models such as this one are useful when designing urban areas, especially when creating ruined settings. The model and PBR-textures are prepared for use with Unity and Unreal Engine, but can easily be adapted to other game engines, or for other uses. The model was created using Blender and Substance Painter. The zip-file “Dirty concrete pipe.zip” contains all the textures as png-files (8 bits), as well as the model in the following formats: FBX 7.4 (.fbx) OBJ 3.0 (.obj and .mtl) Collada 1.4.1 (.dae) Blender 4.0.2 (.blend) The zip-file also includes fbx-versions of the model and textures specially made for use with Unreal Engine and Unity.
