Sketchfab preview shows digitigrade rig, however the included VRC version is rigged with Unity's default humanoid rig.
Before buying for the avatar I would recommend having at least some experience uploading VRChat avatars through Unity.
VRC avatar has the basic features you'd expect:

3 Expressions (happy, sad, and angry) controlled via left hand gestures, or shift + F1/F2/F3/F4
Dynamics in ears and tail
Full shape based visemes/lipsync
Eye look + blinking
