I think its safe to say that she's finally done. Began as an asset for a group project which never got off the drawing board. The idea was for a racing vehicle which moves at high speeds over water. I looked at retro and classic car and plane designs to get the initial concept done, and the design process snowballed into what you see here.
Specular and Normals are a little rushed but they do the job.
Geometry created in 3DS Max.
Textures were hand painted in Photoshop with a couple of photo textures blended on top. 3D Model is ready to download for free with 8 Texture files attached, this model contains 69250 polygons and 37330 vertices.

NOTE: This is based on the work of Shaun Mooney: https://www.artstation.com/artwork/DwZqA I created this model many months ago while I was still learning and I had forgotten that it was such a close representation of Shauns original concept. I only recently revisited it and retextured it to make it ready for sketchfab. My humble apologies to all. 3D Model is ready to download for free, this model contains 371740 polygons.
