“There it was. A sudden open space, surrounding two giant trees. No, the stems were connected at the base, this was one tree! To top this improbability, every side carried a tiny building, each different in shape. The left one was an ordinary shape for a house, albeit shot and crooked. The other one looked like a tiny castle tower, disconnected from its castle. From the top of the pointed roof a thick branch emerged. Another branch on the side pierced its roof tiles. There was too much to take in." I had a lot of fun designing this imaginative treehouse. I've always loved fantasy, old cottages, trees, birds.
