This is a Titanus Godzilla from the movie Godzilla 2014, King Of The Monsters, and Godzilla Vs Kong. Godzilla is created in Tokyo in Japan and they joined the company of Legendary and created this kaiju. Godzilla is a extinct species but has been summoned by a lizard that got hit by an atomic bomb while during the bomb test.
